RESPONSIBILITIES Lead business development for Novotel and ibis Gate Abu Dhabi; build partnerships, develop commercial plans, identify new segments and maximize corporate, group and meeting revenue.

Require UAE market expertise, corporate/group/MICE results, key-account development, negotiations, analytical planning and cross-hotel teamwork. Upscale or international-brand exposure is preferred.
