Role Purpose
Sell residential developments to Aldar customers in Abu Dhabi. EMPLOYER AND LOCATION Aldar Properties PJSC; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
In addition, aldar develops and sells real estate in the UAE.
Main Activities
RESPONSIBILITIES Source leads and present properties; Conduct site visits; Negotiate offers and prepare sales documents; Update CRM and broker relationships; Support buyers and achieve quarterly targets. REQUIREMENTS Emirati applicants only; Advert specifies 4–6+ years in residential sales and AED 100 million annual sales record; GCC/UAE market knowledge; Business-level Arabic and English; Customer management, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; Business-administration/management diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s advantageous.
