Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Senior Architect in Kuwait City, Kuwait. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: landscape/public realm.
In addition, develop, coordinate or review the specified design deliverables; Manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Check quality standards and follow up compliance issues; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Architecture degree with RIBA Parts 1–3/equivalent and ARB/equivalent registration; at least 12 architectural years including four as project architect/senior design lead. Team/design coordination and QA/QC expertise; AutoCAD, Office, Photoshop/3D Max, BIM familiarity, English, client communication and leadership.
In addition, rIBA membership, site/high-rise, change-management and stakeholder experience are preferred. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
