Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Senior Contracts Engineer (Marine and Ports) in Kuwait City, Kuwait. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: marine/port works.
In addition, manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Manage the assigned contract administration and correspondence; Assess or support changes, claims and contractual issues; Coordinate the specified procurement and supplier activities; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree; at least 15 years managing major construction contracts; international contract law and FIDIC expertise; complex-contract/dispute experience, negotiation, leadership and advanced MS Office. Must relocate to Kuwait for the project duration.
