Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Cost Manager (Pre-contract) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead pre-contract cost planning and value engineering, analyse project costs and contingencies and prepare budget reports; advise clients, coordinate stakeholders and develop junior cost managers across commercial property projects.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires a relevant degree, eight-plus pre-contract cost years and mandatory UAE market experience, estimating/tender knowledge, NRM/POMI/CESMM and CostX/similar tools.
Main Activities
MRICS/AIQS accreditation is highly preferred; needs client leadership and mentoring. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
