Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Senior Engineer – Road in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: wet utilities.
In addition, inspect or supervise assigned works and record compliance with project requirements; Review or coordinate drawings and technical/material submissions; Develop or evaluate tender and proposal documentation; Check quality standards and follow up compliance issues; Apply the relevant site health and safety requirements; Coordinate or verify the specified testing and commissioning activities; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Civil/relevant degree; at least ten site-supervision/inspection/QA years on roads/infrastructure; earthworks, pavements, asphalt, kerbs/footpaths, markings, drawings/specifications/ITPs/testing and utility coordination. UAE authority/project experience preferred; effective multidisciplinary communication required.
In addition, in-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
