Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior / Lead Cost Manager (Pre – Contract) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Identify risks/hazards and support the required investigations or controls; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS QS/construction/civil/relevant degree; ten-plus cost years focused on pre-contract and mandatory UAE-market experience; independent multi-project/client leadership, estimating/tenders, local benchmarks, NRM/POMI/CESMM, CostX-equivalent and mentoring.
