Role Purpose
Deliver corporate and retail fit-outs during a 12-month maternity-cover assignment. EMPLOYER AND LOCATION Turner & Townsend; Toronto, Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES Manage design, procurement and construction; Coordinate furniture and workplace technology; Control budgets, changes and reporting; Monitor site progress and quality; Complete commissioning, moves and handover. REQUIREMENTS Relevant bachelor’s and six years managing construction/fit-out projects; Retail, commercial or corporate-office experience; Contracts, drawings, procurement, financial and stakeholder skills; Office and scheduling tools; Site travel; PMP highly desirable; Workplace technology and occupied renovations advantageous.
