Role Purpose
ROLE Sika Saudi Arabia Limited is recruiting a Senior Project Manager – Greenfield Industrial Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Sika is undertaking a major strategic investment involving the construction of a new manufacturing facility and the consolidation of existing operations in Saudi Arabia.
In addition, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of these projects, from concept development and design through construction, commissioning, start-up, and final handover. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise in industrial construction with proven project management capabilities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with Sika’s global standards and business objectives.
Moreover, rEQUIREMENTS Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline . PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is mandatory.
Therefore, additional certifications in project management, construction management, or engineering disciplines are advantageous.
Main Activities
Experience & Skills 10–12 years of relevant industrial project management experience , including significant exposure to greenfield manufacturing or industrial facility projects . Proven experience delivering multi-million-dollar capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
In addition, experience within manufacturing, chemical, construction materials, industrial production, or related sectors. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Moreover, demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external contractors. Knowledge of Saudi Arabian and GCC regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and construction standards.
Therefore, proficiency in Primavera P6 , Microsoft Project , and project reporting systems.
Delivery and Collaboration
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
