Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Senior Project Surveyor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage pre- and post-contract commercial matters; control project budgets and cash flow; assess payment and change requests; prepare tender/procurement documents and advise on value-engineering and cost outcomes.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant quantity-surveying or engineering degree and MRICS or equivalent accreditation.
Main Activities
Requires FIDIC and standard measurement-method knowledge, including CESMM/POMI/NRM, plus presentation and negotiation skills. No numerical experience minimum is stated.
