Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Senior VT Engineer – Site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee site installation, testing and maintenance of elevators and escalators; coordinate suppliers and project teams; verify safety and technical compliance and resolve issues affecting quality, efficiency and completion.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant mechanical-engineering degree and at least eight years in vertical-transport installation, maintenance and commissioning.
Main Activities
Requires major manufacturer-system knowledge, UAE regulations, site coordination and technical drawing skills. CAD/BIM, QA, vendor management and related certificates are preferred.
