RESPONSIBILITIES Lead kitchen shifts and assist the Executive Chef; plan food production, cook and inspect output; maintain purchasing, storage and sanitation standards; coach staff and monitor service quality and operating budgets.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS High-school/GED qualification with four years of relevant culinary/F&B experience, or a related two-year degree with two years of experience.
