Role Purpose
ROLE Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (Red Sea Global) is recruiting a Specialist – Reception and Retail in Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome guests and support reception and retail operations at the dive destination; coordinate enquiries, bookings and visitor information; maintain service records and retail presentation and assist colleagues with smooth daily guest delivery.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Hospitality background, proven sales record and reception-practice knowledge.
Main Activities
Requires strong English/public communication, Office and social-media skills, high-end guest service and discretion. Other languages, preferably Arabic, and marine-conservation background are desirable.
