Role Purpose
ROLE Fairmont San Francisco is recruiting a Tonga Room Host in San Francisco, CA, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome Tonga Room guests and explain menu choices; understand outlet service, POS and closing reports; apply food safety, sanitation and service procedures while supporting colleagues during busy restaurant operations.
