Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Traffic Safety Engineer – Site Supervision in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect or supervise assigned works and record compliance with project requirements; Develop, coordinate or review the specified design deliverables; Prepare or monitor programmes, sequencing and project progress; Identify risks/hazards and support the required investigations or controls; Apply the relevant site health and safety requirements; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training; Implement or monitor construction traffic-management and road-user safety measures.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Civil/traffic/transport/relevant engineering bachelor’s; master’s is advantageous, especially for senior candidates.
Main Activities
PE/CEng-equivalent registration and Abu Dhabi experience are preferred. In-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required.
