Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Worker Welfare Compliance – Inspector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect or supervise assigned works and record compliance with project requirements; Identify and track defects, nonconformities or outstanding works; Apply the relevant site health and safety requirements; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Workplace inspection/audit/investigation experience; Saudi labour/welfare and occupational-safety regulations; objective analysis, accurate reporting, inspection/data systems/Office, worker/management communication and organization.
Main Activities
Labour/HR welfare programmes, international labour standards and OHS/compliance credentials are preferred. In-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required.
