Role Purpose
Sell Aldar residential properties to Dubai customers. EMPLOYER AND LOCATION Aldar Properties PJSC; Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In addition, aldar develops and sells real estate in the UAE.
Main Activities
RESPONSIBILITIES Generate direct and broker leads; Present properties and organise visits; Issue offers and manage contracts/payment plans; Maintain CRM and client relationships; Meet quarterly targets and regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS Four years or more in residential sales and AED 100 million annual sales record; GCC/UAE market and customer-relationship experience; Business-level Arabic and English; Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; Business diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
