Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Urban Planner in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: landscape/public realm.
In addition, develop, coordinate or review the specified design deliverables; Prepare or monitor programmes, sequencing and project progress; Develop or evaluate tender and proposal documentation; Address the specified environmental or sustainability requirements; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Urban planning/design/architecture/relevant bachelor’s/master’s; 5–10 progressive large-development planning years. Land-use/public realm, mobility/placemaking, master-plan guidance, CAD/Adobe, 3D modelling, English and stakeholder collaboration required.
In addition, revit/GIS and Saudi planning-policy knowledge are advantageous; mixed design skills valued. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
