Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Senior Engineer – Drainage in Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Senior Engineer – Drainage to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
In addition, you will be responsible for executing complex drainage system designs.
Main Activities
This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure projects while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. REQUIREMENTS Valid MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) professional engineering registration/license Qatar experience Fluent in Arabic and English Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in drainage engineering or related infrastructure projects Proven expertise in drainage system design, hydraulic modeling, and analysis Proficiency with CAD software and engineering design tools Strong knowledge of Qatar building codes, regulations, and local environmental standards Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects within budget and schedule constraints Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience mentoring and supervising junior engineering staff Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Project management capabilities and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with site assessment methodologies and survey procedures Professional commitment to quality, transparency, and ethical engineering practices EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
