Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior / Lead Cost Manager (Pre – Contract) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead pre-contract cost services across infrastructure projects; prepare cost strategies and tender information; advise on economical solutions; coordinate project teams and mentor less experienced cost-management staff.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant degree and 10–15 years of cost-management experience with substantial pre-contract work.
Main Activities
Infrastructure experience is mandatory. Requires measurement standards, estimating tools, stakeholder communication and team leadership; MRICS or equivalent accreditation is strongly preferred.
