Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Senior Manager – Safety, Health & Environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead rail-operation SHE programmes and compliance; manage safety initiatives and cross-functional teams; analyse risk and incident trends, coordinate training and improve the safety-management approach across operations.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS At least fifteen years in SHE, including five in rail, transport or heavy industry.
Main Activities
Requires UAE legal knowledge, risk/incident analysis, safety systems and team leadership. NEBOSH or equivalent certification, rail-specific standards and environmental experience are preferred.
