Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Wood is recruiting a Senior Piping Designer – SP3D in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop brownfield offshore piping layouts and SP3D models; prepare drawings from agreed scopes; support concept, FEED and detailed design; check technical outputs and coordinate safe, accurate drafting with engineering colleagues.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Mechanical-engineering diploma and at least fifteen years of relevant experience.
Main Activities
Offshore experience, AutoCAD/MicroStation and SP3D are mandatory. Requires drafting standards, independent drawing/model production, self-checking and coordination of delegated design work.
