Role Purpose
ROLE Afaq – Warehouse Branch is recruiting a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer – Saudi Nationals, OTS in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Support IT infrastructure across operations; diagnose endpoint, server and network issues; maintain reliable multi-user services and coordinate technical delivery and problem resolution for operational users and systems.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Saudi nationals only; high-school qualification or equivalent.
Main Activities
Requires two-plus years of endpoint support, repair, troubleshooting and corporate networking, plus one-plus year with Windows Server and client/server/network service delivery. Conferencing-equipment support is preferred.
