Role Purpose
ROLE Compass Career Solutions (Dungarvin) is recruiting a Employment Specialist in Spokane, WA, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Assess employment-service eligibility and client goals, build job-search and retention skills, connect clients with employers and community partners, document progress and provide local transport/outreach while coordinating case-management and vocational support.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Requires high-school diploma/GED, one year of related experience/training with people in crisis in employment services, age 21+, valid driving licence, insurance and access to an insured vehicle. A social-services bachelor’s is preferred; needs Office/Zoom skills, flexible availability, CPR/first-aid capability and ability to lift up to 50 lb.
In addition, eMPLOYMENT Full-time.
Delivery and Collaboration
Work model: On-site. Hours/arrangements: Monday–Friday daytime; flexibility for some nights/weekends; daily office and community outreach PAY AND BENEFITS Starting USD 23/hour; full progression scale USD 23–25.65/hour, with later increases based on tenure/performance Advertised health-related coverage, subject to eligibility; retirement-plan provisions under employer terms; paid leave/time-off provisions under employer terms; training/development support.
