Role Purpose
ROLE Dungarvin is recruiting a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) / No Billables, M–F Schedule in Santa Rosa / Rohnert Park / Fairfield / Vacaville, California, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop person-centred support plans; review outcome data, train support staff, provide clinical assistance, collaborate with families and programme teams, and complete evaluations and progress records while meeting professional and regulatory standards.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Requires a relevant master's plus either current BCBA certification or independent qualifying California clinical licensure; the licensing pathway additionally requires 12 ABA coursework units and two years designing/implementing behaviour interventions. All candidates need a valid driving licence, acceptable record/insurance and on-site availability across Sonoma and Solano counties.
In addition, eMPLOYMENT Full-time.
