Role Purpose
ROLE Sika Corporation (USA) is recruiting a Sr. Chemist–Corrosion Engineer/Product Dev in Lyndhurst, NJ, United States.
In addition, rESPONSIBILITIES Develop corrosion-inhibitor solutions for concrete and reinforced structures; design laboratory/field tests, investigate failures, interpret electrochemical data, support scale-up and technology transfer, and prepare technical documentation and training with research and business partners.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Requires a relevant MSc and at least three years in corrosion, durability, construction materials, coatings, research or product development. Needs electrochemistry, corrosion/inhibitor knowledge and standards familiarity; further advanced study, concrete durability and EIS/LPR/polarisation testing experience are preferred.
