ROLE ServiceNow is recruiting a Staff FinOps Analyst in Santa Clara, CALIFORNIA, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead AI spending accountability through usage KPIs, anomaly detection, budgets and governance controls; evaluate model, capacity and caching cost levers, coordinate engineering/finance/provider teams and present optimisation outcomes and forecasts to senior leaders.
