Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE ServiceNow is recruiting a Principal Technical Consultant in Remote — Vienna, VIRGINIA, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Design customer integration architectures and implement ServiceNow/AI capabilities, translate workshop requirements into solutions, coordinate developers and enforce integration standards; troubleshoot data/configuration conflicts and advise customers on resilient platform design and business outcomes.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Requires active security clearance, eight-plus years of complex integration configuration/development, at least two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and CAD certification. Needs ServiceNow/JavaScript, REST/SOAP, identity/data and AI integration expertise, consulting and mentoring skills; self-hosted/domain separation is advantageous and travel can reach 30%.
In addition, eMPLOYMENT Full-time.
