Role Purpose
ROLE Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is recruiting a Barman.aid – Banquet (H/F/D) – Temps partiel in Québec City, QC, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Set up banquet bars, take orders and prepare and serve drinks to property standards; handle billing, explain hotel products and services, keep the bar clean and safe and support changing event-service requirements.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires a recognised bartending diploma plus one bar-service year, or three equivalent bar-service years; the advert also permits specified property restaurant/banquet experience plus diploma/exams or three property banquet-bar-assistant years plus exams.
Main Activities
Advanced English, Sylverware familiarity, professional presentation and adaptability are required. Minimum availability is Friday, Saturday and one other variable day.
