Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Cost Manager (Post-Contract) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage post-contract valuations, interim applications, variations and time claims, monitor expenditure and change controls and forecast final costs; validate contractor submissions and provide clear cost/risk reporting to clients.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires a relevant QS/construction/civil degree, eight-plus cost/post-contract years and UAE construction experience, FIDIC, forecasting, advanced Excel and cost/ERP tools.
Main Activities
MRICS/AIQS/equivalent accreditation is highly preferred. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
