Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Cost Manager (Post-Contract) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Support post-contract cost management, interim applications and change/variation/time-claim assessments; track expenditure and forecasts, prepare financial reports and coordinate contractors and stakeholders against contract procedures.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires a QS/related bachelor's, four post-contract cost years and UAE construction experience, FIDIC/contracts, cost analysis and forecasting.
