ROLE Raffles & Fairmont Doha (Accor) is recruiting a Assistant Director of Food & Beverage – Banquets in Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Support banquet/event strategy and performance across Raffles/Fairmont Doha, lead operational teams and optimise resources and budgets; coordinate sales, culinary and support departments to deliver major weddings, conferences and celebrations.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires relevant bachelor's and the advertised six-to-eight luxury F&B years including senior banqueting leadership, large-event delivery, budgeting and English.
