Role Purpose
ROLE Sidra Medicine is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist – Anesthesiology (Pain) in Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead specialist pain-care practice and care-pathway improvement, guide staff allocation and clinical supervision and support education and reflective development; evaluate interventions, maintain confidentiality and use patient outcomes to improve service quality.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires nursing master's/equivalent registered-nurse qualification, four-plus recent clinical years including two-plus specialty leadership, home-country nursing licence and Qatar licensing eligibility.
Main Activities
English, CIS and teaching/pain-management leadership skills are essential. Specialty postgraduate certification and Arabic are preferred.
In addition, qatari experience reductions up to two years remain subject to DHP rules. EMPLOYMENT Full time.
