Role Purpose
ROLE Faena The Red Sea is recruiting a Hygiene Officer in Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across the property.
In addition, conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits in all food preparation and service areas. Monitor and maintain HACCP procedures and food safety management systems.
Moreover, coordinate routine microbiological and water quality testing as required. Conduct hygiene and food safety training sessions for team members.
Therefore, investigate hygiene-related incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain hygiene records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company standards. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Safety, Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, or a related field.
In addition, minimum of 2 years of experience in a Hygiene Officer or Food Safety role, preferably within luxury hospitality. HACCP certification is required.
Moreover, strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and sanitation practices. Experience in conducting hygiene audits and inspections.
Therefore, excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
