Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Facility Management Director in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES The Director of Facilities Management provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for the full lifecycle management of the organisation’s built and natural assets.
In addition, this role oversees the planning, mobilisation, operation, and continuous improvement of all Facilities Management (FM) and Landscape Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services across a complex, multi‑site programme, ensuring world‑class service delivery, promoting best-practice asset management, and acts as a Senior advisor to the Executive Leadership, Government Agencies, and internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, bachelor’s degree in urban design, architecture or landscape or Equivalent Requires 15+ years in Facilities and Asset Management of large, complex, multi-site environments, plus deep hard/soft-services, infrastructure and landscape O&M knowledge, as stated in the description.
