ROLE Fairmont Dubai is recruiting a Apartment Concierge in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome apartment guests and provide concierge assistance under the Leasing and Apartment Manager; use property and destination knowledge to support guest requests and create a consistent arrival and stay experience.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS English communication, local Dubai and hotel knowledge, professional presentation and flexible hours are required.

Must be able to handle luggage and the stated standing, walking and lifting duties, including loads up to 20 lb. Previous concierge experience and another language are advantages.
