Role Purpose
ROLE SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is recruiting a Food & Beverage Culinary Intern in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and portion ingredients, cook to approved recipes, present food for service and maintain safe storage; follow HACCP temperature controls and personal hygiene procedures; keep kitchen areas clean and assist chefs during busy service.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS High-school qualification is preferred.
