Role Purpose
ROLE SGS is recruiting a Business Development Coordinator – Management System Certification for Muscat, Oman. RESPONSIBILITIES Generate certification-service leads for SGS Oman; qualify enquiries, coordinate technical reviews, prepare commercial offers and tenders and maintain follow-up with new/existing customers.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant degree or diploma and experience in BD coordination, inside sales, support or customer service.
Main Activities
Need proposals/quotations, CRM, Excel, presentations and organized client follow-up. B2B certification/testing/inspection/audit exposure is preferred; certification-lifecycle knowledge is advantageous.
