Role Purpose
ROLE Delano Dubai is recruiting a Chef de Partie – Banquets in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Run a banquet kitchen section, plan preparation around event orders and coordinate timely buffet/plated service; maintain food quality, manage stock and waste, handle dietary requirements and guide junior chefs.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires Chef de Partie experience or an experienced Demi Chef ready to advance, strong high-volume cooking and banqueting knowledge, section organisation, HACCP/allergen skills and junior-team guidance.
Main Activities
