Role Purpose
ROLE Delano Dubai is recruiting a Commis I – Banquets in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare banquet mise en place and dishes under senior chefs, support buffets and plated events and follow recipes, portions and presentation standards; rotate stock, minimise waste and maintain hygienic, safe kitchen operations.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires Commis I experience or readiness to progress from Commis II, cooking fundamentals, HACCP/allergen awareness and teamwork.
Main Activities
Banqueting exposure and a culinary qualification are advantages; varied event shifts, weekends and holidays are required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
