Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Cost Manager (Post-contract) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Assess payment or valuation submissions and supporting records; Manage the assigned contract administration and correspondence; Assess or support changes, claims and contractual issues; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS QS/relevant degree and at least four construction/engineering cost/post-contract years; proven UAE construction experience, FIDIC administration, cost analysis/forecasting/control, detailed financial reporting, stakeholder communication and organized deadline management.
