Role Purpose
ROLE SGS Canada Inc. is recruiting a Customer Service Representative – Data Entry (6 Month Contract) in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
In addition, rESPONSIBILITIES Enter service data accurately, process customer requests and issue reports/certificates, maintain job and accounting records, validate invoices and support collections; coordinate inspections and sample logging/dispatch while meeting client instructions and audit requirements.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Requires high-school diploma/GED, accurate typing and proficiency with Word, Excel and related software. Must work an eight-hour weekday schedule, mainly 6 a.m.–2 p.m.
In addition, with occasional 7–3 or 8–4 shifts; this six-month contract explicitly offers no benefits.
