Egis Group is recruiting a Estimator – Infrastructure in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The active official vacancy, reference REF14422O, supports construction, infrastructure, engineering or site-delivery work within Engineering.

Role purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator – Infrastructure to join our team in the UAE.

Delivery scope: The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in UAE infrastructure projects, excellent quantity take-off capabilities, and advanced proficiency in Candy Estimation Software .; Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.; Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.; Develop accurate cost estimates for infrastructure projects including: Roads and highways; Utilities and service diversions; Stormwater drainage networks; Sewerage and potable water networks; Road furniture and associated civil works; Prepare rate build-ups for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and temporary works.; Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Candidate profile: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. ; Minimum 5 years of UAE estimation experience in infrastructure projects. ; Mandatory hands-on experience using Candy Estimation Software. ; Proven experience in preparing complete tender estimates independently.; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off techniques.; Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.; Excellent analytical and commercial acumen.;

Workplace and engagement: Contract, onsite, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Salary, closing date and visa sponsorship are not disclosed by the employer.
