Role Purpose
ROLE BESIX is recruiting a Hard Services (Civil) Supervisor – Facility Management in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise daily civil maintenance and hard-service work; allocate technical and subcontract resources; check quality and safety; coordinate maintenance delivery and resolve issues affecting building assets and service performance.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant civil-engineering diploma or technical qualification and at least five years in construction, maintenance or FM.
Main Activities
Requires supervisory experience, technical drawings, HSE/local requirements and subcontractor coordination. UAE driving licence is mandatory.
