Role Purpose
ROLE BESIX is recruiting a Contract Administrator – Facilities Management in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Administer facilities-management contracts and protect contractual interests; monitor compliance and commercial risks; manage correspondence, variations and claims and coordinate contract issues with clients, suppliers and operational teams.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant surveying, engineering or law degree and at least five years in contracts, procurement, FM or related work.
Main Activities
Requires service-contract administration, claims/variation management, correspondence and contract systems. MRICS, MCIArb or equivalent accreditation is advantageous.
