Role Purpose
ROLE Fairmont Austin is recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie in Austin, TX, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and allocate pastry-station work; supervise cooks with the duty sous chef, check recipes and food quality, maintain temperature records and stock rotation, and enforce kitchen cleanliness, food safety and waste-management procedures.
