Role Purpose
ROLE Fairmont Austin is recruiting a Night Auditor in Austin, TX, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Run front-desk service and night-audit tasks; welcome and check in guests, settle accounts, explain facilities and promote room upgrades while responding to enquiries and following hotel service, departmental and safety procedures.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS English communication and typing at 25 words per minute are required.
Main Activities
Customer-service experience is preferred; PMS, Windows and another language are advantages. Requires professional presentation, teamwork, reliability and ability to meet the advertised standing, walking and occasional physical tasks.
