Role Purpose
ROLE BESIX is recruiting a Procurement Engineer – Electrical in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Source and procure electrical equipment and subcontract packages; evaluate suppliers and commercial offers; negotiate terms and coordinate procurement, expediting and delivery with project teams to meet technical and cost requirements.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Electrical-engineering degree and 3–8 years procuring major electrical packages for construction, infrastructure or industrial projects.
Main Activities
Requires sourcing, tender evaluation, negotiation, drawings/BOQs and advanced Excel. GCC/data-centre experience, ERP, EPC and FIDIC familiarity are advantages.
