Role Purpose
ROLE Hitachi Energy is recruiting a Project Engineering Intern in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES You will play a critical role in supporting the Continuous Improvement team in driving operational excellence through the application of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
In addition, the role is designed to develop technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while contributing to productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and safety improvement initiatives. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, and project execution.

REQUIREMENTS Your background A bachelor’s degree in electrical or industrial engineering, Fresh Graduate with basic knowledge of electrical network basics, Projects or engineering management.
In addition, with basic knowledge in data Analysis, reporting, problem Solving, and Documentation. Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
