Role Purpose
ROLE MANTIS RIYADH BASEQUAT is recruiting a Training Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Basiqat by Mantis is seeking a passionate, creative, and highly organized Training Supervisor to join our pre-opening team.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and monitoring learning and development initiatives that support employee performance, service excellence, and organizational growth. As a key member of the People & Culture team, the Training Supervisor will play an essential role in preparing our Heartists for the resort's opening, establishing a strong learning culture, and ensuring alignment with Accor and Mantis brand standards.
Moreover, rEQUIREMENTS Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in training, learning and development, or hospitality operations with training responsibilities.
Therefore, previous experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or internationally recognized hospitality brands is highly desirable. Experience in hotel or resort pre-opening operations is an advantage.
Meanwhile, familiarity with training needs analysis, instructional design, training delivery, and evaluation methods.
Main Activities
Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards and employee development practices. Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms is preferred.
In addition, train-the-Trainer certification or other relevant professional training qualifications are an advantage. Skills & Competencies Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
Moreover, strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
Therefore, ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Meanwhile, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Creativity and enthusiasm for learning and employee development.
Delivery and Collaboration
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate training records. Ability to work collaboratively with employees and managers across different departments.
